About us - HighComp
HighComp was established in the spring of 2006 and merged with CSUB in 2015. Today we have over 230 employees in 3 locations; Bokn, and Arendal in Norway, and Klaipeda in Lithuania.
We produce composite solutions (fish tanks, LESS-STRESS™ bridges and water treatment tanks) for the Aquaculture Industry: both land and marine-based fish farms, tanks and fish farming equipment.
HighComp stands for High Quality Composite and we pride ourselves on being a leading EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation) supplier and producer of large composite constructions for the Aqua Culture Industry.

Our products are made from Glass Fibre Reinforced Polyester (GRP), as it has a long design life, typically 50 years, and provide environmental benefits compared to traditional materials. GRP replaces traditional materials such as steel, aluminium and concrete.
